Terms of service

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Yardel: the website, the yard CLI, the portal at app.yardel.dev, and the Yardel connector for AI apps. By using Yardel you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what collaborators you add do there.

Your content

What you publish stays yours. You give us permission to store it, copy it between our servers, and show it to the people you share it with, only so we can run Yardel for you. You confirm you have the right to publish it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Yardel to:

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why first.

AI apps

When you connect Yardel to an AI app, it acts on your behalf with the access you approve: it can publish pages and change who can see them. Check what it does, especially before it shares with new people. You can disconnect it at any time.

The service

Yardel is new and we keep improving it, so features may change. We work to keep it available and your pages private, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you haven't paid us.

Ending

You can stop using Yardel and delete your account at any time. We may end the service, with at least 30 days' notice by email so you can take copies of your pages.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email account owners before the change takes effect.
